The traditional Pumo, lucky objects of the Apulian tradition, now enter the Natuzzi Italia collection, emphasizing the company's strong ties to its land of origin. The Pumo, from the Latin "pumum", or pine cone, is a budding flower, a symbol of new life and emerges from the ancient Apulian tradition: it used to stand at the ends of balconies, columns, terraces and, in pairs, at the sides of the bed of newlyweds to wish happiness, prosperity and fertility.
The Pumo is still made with artisan techniques handed down over time
into the skilled hands of Apulian potters.
Pumo is made of ceramic and is available in different finishes.
The colors displayed are purely representational and the technical specifications, versions and configurations shown in the website are based on the latest information available at the time of publication. Visit our stores and we will be glad to provide you with all the latest updates.
A team of architects, interior designers and colorists work on developing the individual models, the different settings and spaces, and the combinations of design, function, materials and colors.
